1967, 327, 300hp, my car at graduation. I modified it over the years to mostly
have the 427 shaved hood.
Still original color, but new paint and clearcoat.
Two years ago I sold it to my friend down the street who is very knowledgeable
about these things. At the time of sale, it was all original with 170,000 miles
on it. He said he could not recover the engine, so changed it to a 350 which he
had sitting around. New brake calipers, original interior with one small tear
in drivers seat, has new, not original lots of stuff, but appearance is all original.
This is about my fifth soft top. Also modified to have a snap-on hard top. I really
had no other use for the car, so got it out of the garage. My friend and his son
drive it to Corvette meets around San Antonio all the time, so it is getting good
use.
