John and Andrew's Scout Trip to Big Bend
| These cover a Spring Break trip to west Texas in which Andrew and I participated, with Boy Scout Troop 285 from San Antonio. In that week, we climbed the Chisos Mountains in Big Bend National Park, and Guadalupe Peak, the highest point in Texas. Plus a lot more hiking and touring. Pretty exhausting stuff for us oldsters; easy for the kids. |
