Renovation of Reunion hotel - Renovation is significant improvement
and will be completed long before our reunion.
Ride sharing - decided to include some kind of ride sharing "bulletin
board"
Class Flag and Banner - Mike will locate
Name Tags - Newly required security nametags are adequate, we'll not
develop tags with photos
We will not include presentation by Mortuary Services (Janet Edwards
(but will request information or contact material for registration packets)
We will request handout on Cyber for registration packets (Garry Dudley)
Decided against - class wine, incorporating class meeting, and any program
at Friday dinner
For most events below need registration deadline and refund policy for
cancellations
Will send post card and/or e-mail "save the date" notice ASAP

Will create survey of COS resident classmates and publish results to
all classmates

Thursday Events - (October 4)
6:30 am - Pheasant Hunt - Gary Vasek presented written report
$132-155 (options include gun rental, tips etc) - Adults only
Half day hunt with trap "warm up"
Will include contact for more information
Registration deadline Aug 15 - gives time for arrangements and substation

7:30 am - Fly fishing - Doug Wilson presented written report
$245 per person - Adults only
Will include contact link for more information
Highlights - full day of fishing at Perfect Drift, need 10 people

8:45 am - Golf - Barney Mills
No tournament because of Eisenhower course conflict
No prizes and no arrangements for group lunch
$70 per person include shared cart
For now have slots for 32 people
