May 15 Seats for Mitchell Hall Lunch - up to 150 from 100 - split among three classes. Exact number for our class to be determined by AFA and AOG. AOG will prepare informal name tags for reverse of security badge to include senior yearbook cadet photo and current residence. We do need a list of erroneously labeled photos in yearbook. Doolie Squadron breakfast group is very active. Their
efforts may increase attendance. Discussed conflict in AV contract and left solution to Mike Decided to announce but not schedule tour of POW wives exhibit at Pioneer Museum Confirmed that bus fee will be $8 per person Decided to add "Class fee" to registration to cover AV, souvenir and other expenses. Probably $30 per primary registrant. After lengthy discussion decided to leave reunion souvenir
selection to merchandise committee with the following guidance: Mike will e-mail final registration page copy to committee as soon as he has required input from Academy and AOG. Rather than meet we will review that copy by e-mail. Next Meeting to be scheduled after we have some indication
