Registration Status
As of 0800 August 13 - DoubleTree hotel is completely booked but we do have "overflow contracts" for Hampton Inn and Courtyard Marriott.
459 people are registered for the reunion including 225 classmates and we anticipate more by September 4

We will raffle hotel comped rooms using list of hotel registrants.

Scheduling changes
Lunch Friday is back to Arnold Hall from 1100 - 1300 (as originally announced)
Still do not have time for CCLD/Polaris Hall tour
Numbers for Cyber tour larger than predicted. We're working a large briefing to be followed by several smaller group tours at staggered times (this may require dividing tours into alphabetical groups)

Sherry Cooper (AOG) shared rules for reimbursing people who have arranged events with private vendors.

Sherry agreed to produce lists of registrants for each event so those responsible for the event may contact attendees.

QUESTIONS AND REQUESTS FOR HELP

We discussed access procedures and bus schedule. Mike agreed to prepare an e-mail summarizing that information for distribution some time shortly before the reunion.

Memorial Committee described event and requested help with placement and removal of flags at 1000 on Oct 2, and 0800 on Oct 8. AOG will provide bags or packets and the committee agreed to help "stuff" them with material to include the memorial flyer.

Mike agreed to request display case from hotel so we may display graduation memorabilia.

We will use a white board or dry erase board to post ride requests and help connect those with cars to those needing rides.

We decided we could not find time in schedule for a formal tour of the SEA pavilion but agreed to request a flyer describing the facility and place that flyer in the registration material.

Mike requested help getting people to sit for dinner at 1930 on Friday, to help keep the silent program silent and to identify any emergencies or problems.
